All orders are delivered from our warehouse in Germany by our trusted courier.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
Orders which are placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.
Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your delivery online.
Estimated transit time after dispatch:
European Union: 1-5 working days
Other Countries: 5-10 working days.
Timing for international orders might be affected by customs clearance process.
We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
Shipping is FREE worldwide.
All shipments inside the European Union are delivered on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all import duties / customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price.
All shipments outside the European Union may be obligated to charges enforced by local regulations. Therefore, the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the export of their goods.
Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in fully by the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BY ANABELLE.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request to return the products by filling out the
online return form within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Once you have received a confirmation e-mail with a designated return number, you can send back the product that you wish to return.
The shoes must be returned to our warehouse in Germany in its unused original condition, with the original box and dust bag, accompanied by original sales slip.
We recommend you to try on the shoes on a soft surface, in order to avoid any damage to the sole or other parts of the product. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
The costs for shipping the products back to our warehouse will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Once the return is accepted, refund will be made on the payment method selected for your order.
International customs duties and taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the EU.
Damaged or wrong products will be replaced or refund free of charge. Please follow the usual return procedure when sending these goods back.
